Pilates
Remedia's Pilates classes are led by our physiotherapists and kinesiologists. A physiotherapy assessment is required for referral into class.
New Pilates program members welcome, and referrals from physiotherapists in the community are accepted.

Equestrian
Our Physiotherapist offers comprehensive assessment and evidence-based interventions for equestrian riders focued on spine, hip, and pelvic alignment, mobility, core strength, and equestrian-specific function.
Her approach integrates postural analysis, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and therapeutic movement tailored to the unique needs of each rider.
